About the Noah Fast Disc
The Noah Fast Disc is our top-level aero model and was built from scratch with every feature rebuilt. This powerhouse has no rival in cutting through wind thanks to component integrations of the fork, handlebar, seat post clamp, thru axles and cables, next to F-Surface Plus, F-Wings and spacer profile updates. On this bike every rider is able to find his perfect position accurate to 1mm as result of our whole bike approach, where every part needs to fit together perfectly.

But there's more. Thanks to adaptations in the fork, seat post and handlebar the bike's total weight is about 250 grams lighter than its predecessor. Subsequently the rim version is able to stay below 7 kg on the scale, without the need of exotic lightweight components. Light as a feather, when speaking aero.
The disc model adds about 500g because of the heavier groupset, brakes & wheels. The stiffness of the bottom bracket & head tube is further increased to its predecessor. You’ll keep feeling the power you’ll put on those pedals. At the same time the lowered seat stays create vertical compliance to enhance comfort.

Equipped with disc brakes, it is ready to conquer everything in its path no matter the weather conditions or terrain. Compatible with both mechanical and electronic shifting.

AERODYNAMICS

Months of intensive CFD (Computional Fluid Dynamics) and wind tunnel testing have resulted in extremely accurate airflow mapping. These data points were used to improve the bike’s aerodynamic performances by reducing drag around the whole bike. This was achieved through our ‘whole bike approach’, resulting in the best aerodynamic shapes for the whole bike with multiple optimizations and component integrations.

 

FITTING

Aerodynamic frame integration often results in a loss of fitting options, but not with the Noah Fast. Thanks to 6 different stem lengths (90 - 140 mm) and aero spacers with 3 different stack heights (3, 5 and 10 mm) you will be able to achieve your perfect position accurate to 1 mm. This is the result of our whole bike approach, where every part needs to fit together perfectly.

Available frame sizes vary between XS and XL.
 

EASE OF ASSEMBLY

Less time for maintenance and more time to ride. That's what we all want, right? The Noah Fast meets that wish. Assembling an aero bike was never that easy. Changing the integrated cables only takes 2 minutes. Or less.

Yes, our new TIME WARP TT got the race-proven aerodynamics of the previous generation, but sometimes you need to look in the less obvious places for that winning edge. That’s why we’ve added disc-brake integration, greater tyre clearance and improved comfort, all while maintaining its already impressive weight and air slicing abilities. Having reliable stopping power as well as improved modulation under all weather conditions can give the race deciding edge when every split-second counts.

The switch to discs also allows tyres of up to 28 mm to be fitted, which further reduces rolling resistance and enhances grip, allowing the rider to maintain the hard-won speed. It also adds additional comfort to the offering, which isn’t something the time trial fraternity would typically focus on; however, the wider road cycling world has begun to see the advantages in reducing fatigue to maximise performance. While our TIME WARP has maintained its stiffness for perfect power transfer and acceleration, we’ve also introduced the latest version of the S-FLEX seat post that further reduces road buzz and improves comfort, all while keeping an aerodynamically optimised profile. The previous version of TIME WARP TT set new standards in weight reduction and aerodynamic improvement by dropping 400 g and reducing the drag by around 9 watts at 50 km/h. For the fourth generation of the bike, we’ve kept that impressively low weight the same despite the introduction of the higher overall system weight of disc brakes and the related frame alterations. We’ve also included cockpit compatibility with the latest VISION extensions, fully integrated cable routing for brake and shifting cables, easy cockpit adjustability for perfect rider positioning and proven TT geometry. PERSONALIZED FIT

One of the most fundamental performance factors of a triathlon bike is how it fits the athlete. There’s a reason that pro triathletes and their coaches go to great lengths to get this right—a perfect fit allows the rider to produce maximum power in the most aerodynamic position possible while remaining comfortable over long distances.

A primary objective of the CADEX Tri frameset was to make it easier for athletes of all heights and body dimensions to achieve a perfect fit. The CADEX engineering team started by collecting real-world dimensional data from 150 pro and amateur triathletes. This process led to the creation of five frame sizes: XXS, XS, S, M, and L.

From there, the team looked at stack and reach data, then configured ways for any rider, no matter what frame size they choose, to easily adjust these critical fit factors with greater ease. It’s not just about height, leg length and body proportions. Athletes with similar body dimensions can have very different bike setups depending on variables such as flexibility, core strength and preferred race distance

INDEPENDENTLY INTEGRATED

Beyond frame size, having a perfect fit comes down to adjusting the key contact points including the pedals, saddle, base bar, arm rests and bar extensions. The CADEX Tri bike makes it easy to adjust the cockpit components using simple hardware.

The overall structure of the cockpit is integrated, but the setups are independent. The arm extensions, designed in collaboration with leading components manufacturer Sync Ergonomics, can be moved forward and backwards, and the angles can be changed without the hassle of removing any spacers. This system allows you to raise or lower stack height without moving the extension bars. And the quick-release spacer system allows the cable routing to remain in place while making these adjustments.

POWER POSITION

The effective seat tube angle can be adjusted by changing the saddle setback position. The rear clamp on the seatpost provides an independent fore/aft saddle adjustment range of 70mm. When the saddle is pushed all the way to the rear setting (red line), the effective seat tube angle is 76 degrees. In its most forward position (green line) the seat tube angle is 80 degrees.

For Ironman triathletes like Kristian Blummenfelt, all these adjustment possibilities add up to the winning formula. “We are constantly looking for ways to improve aerodynamics, pedalling efficiency and of course comfort,” Blummenfelt said. “Over the course of 180km, small changes add up. And sometimes, what works in the wind-tunnel doesn’t work as well out on the road. Having the ability to make these adjustments quickly and easily is a game-changer when you’re trying to optimize your position and fit.”

Complete Travel Solution

Travel is a big part of any triathlete’s race routine. Streamlining the process of getting a bike to the start line can help reduce stress and improve the racing experience. The CADEX Tri frameset factored this into its overall design, minimizing the amount of disassembly and reassembly needed. The frameset also comes with a purpose-built Topeak travel case.

The base bar and extensions are designed to fold down easily into a compact size that can be loaded into the travel case without having to disassemble the parts. The travel case is made with a sturdy polycarbonate shell that provides high-impact strength and protection. It has wheels to make airport travel easier and complies with airline luggage restrictions.

The case includes interior protection sleeves, a drivetrain cover, and a frameset mounting system to keep the frameset protected and secure inside the case. The mounting system can also be used as a mini work stand.
